Customer implementation
your project – our advice – your success
Bring your project to life
No implementation is the same, but our experience allows us to advise and guide you to make your project a success. We allow our customers to use the modules they need and offer extensive settings for each of them.
The success of the implementation depends on our customer’s willingness to use and support the solution appropriately. We work with each client to understand support needs and determine the best method to meet them.
It is best to focus on processes, standard solutions, and cost-effectiveness for all parties for long-term results.
Launch
At MaatSI Solutions, we start with a kick-off meeting to present the implementation plan, with targeted dates or project milestones and assignment of responsibilities.
We always use common sense, both in the planning of projects and after their implementation. What’s best for the customer is usually the best for all parties in the long run.
Business process review
The next step is the Business Process Review, during which we study how your organization currently performs its operations such as managing its customers, inventory and deliveries etc. Through meetings with your key users, we collect all the information necessary for a successful implementation.
We watch and analyze processes rather than writing a requirement specification. We bring our many years of knowledge and experience and use it to evaluate your business processes.
Gap analysis
We then perform a gap analysis. We study how your operations are carried out and how you want to evolve your organization to be able to adapt the solution to the way you want to do your business. This allows custom configuration of the solution.
You can expect us to provide constructive feedback throughout the process. We don’t come and help you with tasks – we step in and provide advice and feedback.
We will provide you with ‘best practices’ that will allow you to get the most out of standard solutions, and in this context, we also offer advice on ‘change management’ so that we can help you steer your organization in the process. right direction with the new solution.
Training
Training in the use of the new system begins. An experienced trainer will train system administrators and key users in two separate groups.
The initial training covers the essential elements that your organization has selected such as customer management, deliveries, service interventions and invoicing. We know from experience that it’s best to get users to know how to perform critical day-to-day operations before scheduling advanced training that thoroughly explores the features available to you.
Commissioning
Once the previous steps have been completed, we put your new system into operation. The trainer will stay on site for the next two or three days, to support you during the start-up and to make sure that the transition takes place correctly.
We congratulate you on the purchase of your new system. Remember, all it takes is one call to access our customer service.
